Forefront Electrical

A Melbourne company with your exact name owns the .com and outranks you, even on a search containing your own licence number.

The goal

Most Perth electrical businesses your size sit between $30k and $100k a month. If the goal is holding $100k consistently rather than riding the season, this is about the gap between those two numbers.

What we found

1

A Melbourne company with your exact name owns the .com and outranks you

Google search, "Forefront Electrical", checked 14 Sep 2026: four unrelated US companies come up first, your homepage doesn't appear at all. A search including your own licence number, EC16790, returns five Melbourne pages instead of yours. The Melbourne business is called "Forefront Electrical and Communications", has 5.0 stars from 77 reviews, and owns forefrontelectrical.com (you're on the .net).

What it costs: Someone told to call you by a mate Googles your name that night and lands on a business in another state. You run no ads and rank for nothing organically, so word of mouth is close to your only channel, and it's the one leaking.

The fix: Find out who owns forefrontelectrical.com.au (it's registered but sitting empty) and try to buy it. In the meantime put "Forefront Electrical Perth" and "Victoria Park" everywhere on your site, and put your ABN and EC16790 on every page.

Your homepage tells visitors you have 0 years of experience

Homepage, checked 14 Sep 2026: three counters render as "0%" client satisfaction, "0+" completed project, "0+" years of experience. Your own page title says "20+ Years."

What it costs: Someone arrives expecting 20 years and reads 0 years, 0 projects, in big text. It reads like a business that just started or is broken, the exact opposite of what's true.

The fix: Replace the broken counters with plain text: "20 years. 5.0 stars from 18 Google reviews. Licensed EC16790." Plain text can't break.

A fake review thanking a different company is live on your site

Your East Victoria Park page, checked 14 Sep 2026, publishes this review three times, word for word, with no name attached: "I couldn't be happier with the electrical services provided by Revoltz..." Leftover demo content from the website theme, never replaced. It's hardcoded so it always shows, while your real Google reviews load through a widget that's often too slow to appear.

What it costs: Someone reads a glowing review of a company called Revoltz on your own website. That looks either careless or fake, and right now it's the most visible testimonial you have.

The fix: Delete all three instances today, then hardcode 2 or 3 of your real Google reviews in their place so something genuine always shows.

Nine services listed, zero pages built for any of them

Your services page, checked 14 Sep 2026: all nine services, including Emergency and EV Charging, link straight to the contact form. None has its own page. There's also a live, Google-indexed page with a typo in the address: "commercial-electrican-services-perth", missing the second i.

What it costs: Emergency and EV charging are two of the best-paying searches in the trade, and there's no page that could ever rank for either one. Same goes for the other seven.

The fix: Build three real pages first: emergency, EV charging, commercial. Fix the misspelled URL and redirect the old one.

Who we've helped: We recently helped Daniel from Nexus Electrical Co, a Perth electrician, with his Meta ad content and website landing pages. Real result: 16 leads at $41.57 cost per lead in his first campaign month.

Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.

I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.

If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.

If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.

Thanks,
Chris
